APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following issues have fixed the following issues:
  
  1) POSITION attribute in a control file is not getting
  generated correctly in case of Manual load.
  
  2) CC_ORA_BIND_DATETIME_AS_CHAR should be honored only in
  source context for oracle CC jobs (migrated from OCI) to work.

Problem conclusion

• As part of this, we have fixed the following issues:
  1) POSITION attribute in a control file is not getting generated
  correctly in case of Manual load.
  2) CC_ORA_BIND_DATETIME_AS_CHAR should be honored only in source
  context for oracle CC jobs (migrated from OCI) to work
  
  If a source connector contains to_char(<column name>,'YYYY-MM-DD
  HH24:MI:SS') in it's SELECT statement and corresponding column
  that is being mapped is Timestamp, then
  CC_ORA_BIND_DATETIME_AS_CHAR (to TRUE)  needs to be set along
  with CC_ORA_HONOR_DATETIME_AS_CHAR (to TRUE).
