Error description

• If you define an exposed process variable (EPV) in a dependent
  toolkit and try to use it in a process in your process
  application, an incorrect validation error is highlighted with
  the following warning in the web IBM Process Designer Problems
  view:
  
  Exposed process variable is unreachable: [epvId:null]. Make sure
  it exists in the process application or toolkit. If it exists in
  another toolkit, ensure that the toolkit is included in the
  dependency.
