Error description

• "Using the administrative console to customize the Process
  Server settings used to connect to Process Center"
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSFPJS_8.6.0/com
  .ibm.wbpm.admin.doc/topics/tconnect_to_pctr2.html) indicates
  "The BPMAuthor role must point to the same user in both the
  Process Center and the Process Server and must have the same
  password." However, this is no longer a limitation. Therefore,
  this sentence should be removed.
  

Local fix

• The limitation was valid on BPM v7.5/8.0/8.5.0/8.5.5. Starting
  from v8.5.6, the limitation was not valid, meaning that, the
  BPMAuthor user between Process Center and Process Server does
  not need to be the same.
  
  
  Please update Knowledge:
  1) make sure old BPM release all have this limitation
  2) make sure new BPM release removed this, or intentionally
  announce that the limitation was not valid.
