Problem conclusion

  • User needs to set the environment variable
    "SF_CREATE_USE_DEFAULT_FOR_NULL" as "false", re-compile and
    re-run the job. Working for this functionality is that when the
    value of the reference field is null or empty field, then still
    the record will be created. This is to overcome the default
    behavior of Salesfoforce, which does not allow to create new
    record when the reference field is null
