• Enhancement to remove dependence on MS AT Command for
  scheduling on Windows server.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Problem only impacts Windows 2008 users who have applied
  relevant Microsoft security patches (KB4056894 and KB4056568)
  
  Note: does not affect 11.7 versions as not supported on
        Windows 2008.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Application of Microsoft security patches results in the
  failure of the AT command to schedule tasks. The tasks are
  added to the task scheduler but contain erroneous data and
  therefore do not run.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Either wait for Microsoft to fix the underlying issue or
  apply the patch which converts DataStage to using the
  internal ATCommand used on Windows 2012.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is circumvented by stopping the code trying to use
  the OS level AT command and instead make it use the internal
  ATCommand provided for handling Windows 2012 where the OS AT
  command is fully supeseded.
  

Temporary fix

• Unschedule the non-running jobs from the director and than avoid
   scheduling till a fix is available.
