Error description

• Exporting subscritpion using Management Console and CHCCLP
  differ with webHDFS properties. In using classic CDC as source
  and data stage hadoop as target. The webHDFS properties are
  present in the context of chcclp but is not exported during
  'export subscription ' function call in chcclp.
  

Local fix

• Export using Management Console - This will export the webHDFS
  properties.
