  As you can see, the index scope tag is usually a number, like
  TI_CATENTRY_0. Due to having many Solr cores created,
  setupSearchindex created a new scope as 'A', which causes the
  preprocess exception.

  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  If there are more than 9 catalogs, you cannot setup index if you
   want to build more catalogs.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated.
  The algorithm to generate new indexScope is to use 36 radix, so
  when read indexscope need use radix as 36 too.
