JR58060: THE SETOWNER.SH SCRIPT IN APAR JR57070 SHOULD BE UPDATED SO IT ALSO CHANGES DS ADMIN USER TO THE NEW ONE IN VERSION.XML FILE.

Error description

• The setowner script created in APAR JR57070 only change the
  DataStage admin ID on a 11.5.0.1 installation. However, it
  needs to update the new DaraStage admin user in the Version.xml
  as well.
  
  If not, it can cause the following error when installing the
  Data Integration Rollup patch:

  The install was taking the old DataStage admin ID from the
  Version.xml file which is <username> in the above case and
  trying to start/stop the Engine and thus failed. The ID change
  script should be updated so it also changes the DataStage admin
  user to the new one in Version.xml file.

Problem summary

• Patch installs requiring the ability to su to the DataStage
  admin user will fail after the setowner.sh script from JR57070
  has been run.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the setowner.sh script to update the Version.xml file with
  the new DataStage admin user and group.
  

Temporary fix

• Manually update the Version.xml file with new DataStage admin
  user and group.  The value field should be changed in lines
  with:
