When a user logs in who doesn't belong to tw_admins group and, therefore, isn't authorized to access a process app, he or she sees a message like "You are not authorized to perform the 'Read' action on project 'Project.9ab0d0c6-d92c-4355-9ed5-d8a05acdc4b0'."
