JR57735: Cannot save Layout in Commerce Composer when web activities are used to recommend catalog entries

Error description

• 1. Create a Layout in Management Center:
  In a slot, choose CatalogEntryRecommendation
     Widget Content: Use web activities to recommend catalog
  entries.
  2. Save.
  3. Launch store, go to the category page, the recommended
  products are displayed.
  4. Back to Management Center, open the layout, update Widget
  Content from 'Use web activities to recommend catalog entries'
  to 'Specify a list of catalog entries'.
  5. Add a catalog entry.
  6. Click 'Save'.
