  • After you copy a business process definition (BPD) from one
    track to another, the BPD continues to show as updated when you
    select artifacts to copy.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because the ID is not preserved when a copy of
     the BPD is saved, so the two tracks appear to be different
    versions.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that changes the save behavior so that the original BPD ID
     is preserved after copying occurs is planned for inclusion in
    IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2017.03.
