Error description

• When a client-side human service (CSHS) that contains a section
  with a coach view and another section that contains a text
  control, the controls are bound to appropriate variables, and
  coach validation is implemented that detects when data bound to
  these controls is missing, the coach validation is not reflected
  correctly in a collapsed section from a responsive coach
  toolkit.
  
  If a boundary event occurs and the validation detects fields
  with no data entered, the validation error tooltip is displayed
  but only for the coach view in the first section. For coach
  views included within the nested sections, the text control, in
  this case the error tooltip, does not display.
