Problem conclusion
A fix will be incorporated into IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2017.03 that ensures that the Team Performance dashboard shows teams and their corresponding task and instance data even when the teams are part of only an inactive process application snapshot. After this APAR is applied, the following JavaScript APIs return records corresponding to teams of deactivated snapshots: tw.system.retrieveInstanceList tw.system.retrieveTaskDueData tw.system.retrieveTeamSummaries tw.system.retrieveTaskList team.dashboard.retrieveTeamSummary (team is an object of type TWTeam) team.dashboard.retrieveTeamMemberList (team is an object of type TWTeam)
