Error description

  • When the Lucene indexer runs against an IBM DB2 database, the
Lucene indexer issues an UPDATE request at regular time
    intervals to update the
content of the BPM_TASK_INDEX table with information related to
tasks that were previously deleted from the database. While
updating this table, the Lucene indexer locks numerous rows
(every row that has its DELETED_DATETIME column set to null). As
a result, DB2 might have to perform a lock escalation to lock
the entire table, which causes the Lucene indexer to throw
timeout exceptions when it tries to insert new entries or update
existing entries in the BPM_TASK_INDEX table and the index
    becomes out of sync.
