Local fix

Problem summary

  • The NullPointerException is logged in the SystemOut.log file
when a user session starts and either the user ID or its type is
     null.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that ensures instrumentation records are processed only
when the user ID and its type are not null is planned for
inclusion in IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2017.03.

Temporary fix
