Error description

• When an undercover agent (UCA) fails, a RetryOnHold task is
  created even if an automatic retry might succeed and no
  automatic retries occur. In versions of IBM Business Process
  Manager (BPM) earlier than V8.5.6, failed UCAs were retried
  automatically up to five times. Only when all retrials fail, the
  UCA's event manager task should be converted into a
  ReplayOnHold task so that the UCA can be tried again later.

  retrying failed UCAs up to 5 times, will be incorporated into
  IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2016.12.
  
  To determine whether the cumulative fix is available and
  download it if it is, complete the following steps on Fix
  Central:
  1.    On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
  group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
  platform, and then click Continue.
  2.    In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix?, and click
  Continue.
