Error description

  • Following error can be seen in Process Center environment:
    CWSIA0067E: An exception was received during the call t
    o the method JmsMsgProducerImpl.sendMessage (#4):
    com.ibm.ws.sib.processor.exceptions.SIMPLimitExceededException:
    CWSIP0251E:
    The destination TWServerTopicDestination.SingleCluster on
    messaging engine SingleCluster.000-BPM.De1.Bus is not available
    because the high limit 50,000 for the number of messages for
    this destination has already been reached.
    Upon inspecting the topic contents one can see a lot of
    com.lombardisoftware.client.event.ClientActivitySummaryEvent
    messages.
    This may cause BPM to hang and make it unusable.

    that prevents
    com.lombardisoftware.client.event.ClientActivitySummaryEvent to
    not stay in the queue forever.
    
    To determine whether the cumulative fix is available and
    download it if it is, complete the following steps on Fix
    Central:
    
    1. On the Select product tab, select WebSphere as the product
    group, IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
    WebSphere options, All as the installed version, and All as the
    platform, and then click Continue.
    2. In the Text field, enter "cumulative fix", and click
    Continue.
