Error description

  • In IBM Process Portal,  you notice that the search is not
    working when you use the search field of the Team Performance
    dashboard of a federated 8.5.6.2 server. You have the same
    problem with the search field of the Process Performance
    dashboard of a federated 8.5.6.2 server. The console of the
    browser shows errors related to cross-origin requests.

    download and install it from

    With IBM BPM V8.5.6 CF02 installed, search for JR56710 on Fix
    Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral):
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR56710, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
