Error description

  • You might see the following error from the IBM Integration Bus:

cvc-type.3.1.3: The value 'Web Channel' of element
'_ord:ChannelName' is not valid content for the simpleType.

This error occurs because WebSphere Commerce is automatically
setting ChannelNameEnumerationType as 'WebChannel', which does
not exist as a valid value within the order.xsd.

WebSphere Commerce Version 7 environments on Fix Pack 9 that use
 IBM Integration Bus (IIS) and Sterling Order Management system
(OMS).

PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
WebChannel does not exist as part of the
ChannelNameEnumerationType within the order.xsd

BUSINESS IMPACT:
Transfer order flow fails.
