In a federated environment, IBM Process Portal (in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) 8.5.7) shows the list of process instances from IBM BPM V8.5.6. When you click a process instance, the related information shows in the current page (as expected), but you are taken to a new blank page. You must close this blank page or select the original page to see the instance details. This issue doesn't occur when you open IBM BPM V8.5.7 process instances in federated Process Portal. A fix is available for IBM BPM V220.127.116.11 cumulative fix CF02 that prevents a new blank page to open when a BPM 8.5.6 process instance is selected through a federated Process Portal. If you do not already have IBM BPM V8.5.6 cumulative fix 2 installed, download and install IBM BPM V8.5.6 cumulative fix 2 from http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24041303. With If you do not already have IBM BPM V8.5.6 cumulative fix 2 installed, search for JR56691 on Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral): 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR56691, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
