APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) has a daemon and an
administrative script function that you use to clean up unused
staff query instance data from the product database, either
    periodically or manually.
In an IBM BPM environment with Oracle database, the procedure
might fail and you might see an SQL error similar to this one:

    java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00933: SQL command not
    properly ended

Local fix

  • To circumvent the problem, you can disable the daemon, which
temporarily prevents the function to cleanup of unused query
    results.

To disable the daemon, set the value to DURATION_INFINITE.
This change applies to cleaning up both shared work items
and unused cached people query results.

    Process Choreographer" at
