While importing a TWX file from a web browser, you might see exceptions that indicate the snapshot cannot be found. Local fix
Problem summary
While you import a TWX file from a web browser, the Team Retrieval Service (TRS) used in exposed-to definitions must be evaluated. During this evaluation, the transaction that has the new snapshot is suspended and not yet visible in the database. As consequence, the service engine cannot see the service nor the new snapshot and the exception is thrown. Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5 and IBM BPM V8.5.6 CF02 that postpones evaluating the TRS until the transaction with the new snapshot is committed. A fix will be included in IBM BPM V8.5.7 cumulative fix 2016.09 On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR56360: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR56360, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
