Error description
Interim fix JR54974 (http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss/uid=swg1JR54974) includes a message identifier (ID) in parentheses after the error message that's displayed in the Teamworks error page so you can correlate the message with one written to the SystemOut.log file and discover uncaught application exceptions. This additional information is particularly helpful when the message on the Teamworks page says "Ask the administrator to check the SystemOut.log file for more information to resolve the error.", which is displayed unless the <display-debug-error-messages> configuration property is set to true. However, the message ID in the Teamworks error page and the SystemOut.log file are different, which makes correlation impossible. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR56339: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR56339, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
