Error description

• When you invoke the default snapshot in IBM Process Server by
  using a different URL pattern, the SOAP message for the inbound
  web service wrongly follows the first call pattern no matter
  which URL pattern is used.

Problem summary

• On IBM BPM V7.5.x and V8.0.x, you can invoke an inbound web
  service in a default snapshot by using one of two URL patterns:
  one pattern is for a default URL and the other is for a snapshot
   URL. For the default URL, the web service should process the
  SOAP message by using the default namespace without the snapshot
   name inside. For the snapshot URL the web service, the snapshot
   name should be included in the SOAP message. For this error,
  the inbound web service cached the first invoke pattern, which
  caused the SOAP message generated in followup calls use the
  namespace in the first call.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 that make sure the SOAP
  message follows the correct URL pattern for the call.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR56318:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR56318, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
