Error description

• When you integrate with Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
  systems, you define server connections in the process
  application or toolkit settings in IBM Process Designer. For
  each server connection, you define a name. This name is used in
  other places, for example at Content Integration steps in
  service flow to identify the server. When you define a server
  connection with the same name in a process application and its
  toolkits, only the connection settings of the first one in the
  containers hierarchy is used.
  
  After you install a process application snapshot to an IBM
  Process Server, you can change the server connection settings in
  the Process Admin Console. There you see multiple entries for
  the same ECM server, although only one is applicable.
  

Local fix

• Instead of defining the same Enterprise Content Management
  server connection multiple times, you can define it once in a
  toolkit that you use in other toolkits and your process
  application. Then you have access to the ECM server and see only
  one entry for the server in the Process Admin Console.
  

Problem summary

• The logic that builds the server settings in the Process Admin
  Console did not consider multiple Enterprise Content Management
  server connection with the same name correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is included in an IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.5
  cumulative maintenance vehicle. For more information, see
