Error description
You can model a human service that contains other services that might also have multiple coaches. When the resume service REST API is used to step through the coaches, the step variable is not returned for the nested coaches. Only the top level coaches contain the step variable in the REST response.
Local fix
Problem summary
IBM BPM checks only the top level coaches and ignores nested coaches.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 that also returns the step variable for nested coaches. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR55652: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR55652, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
