• setupSearchIndex utility exits with exit code 1 even if the
  recorded issues are warnings.
  For example:

  WARNING: Warning: The Solr core directory
  MC_XYZ/en_CA/CatalogGroup/ already exists in Solr home. The Solr
   core might already be setup. If you want to initialize it,
  manually remove the directory and run the utility again.
  ================================================================
  This issue occurs when template-update directories exist on the
  system.
