Error description
Previously, to install WebSphere Commerce Developer Version 7, you needed Rational Application Developer (RAD) Version 7.5.x or Version 8.0.4.2 or later installed. Since RAD 7.5.x and 8.0.x are out of service as of September 2015, WebSphere Commerce Developer Version 7 needs to support Rational Application Developer Version 8.5.5. If you attempt to install WebSphere Commerce Developer Version 7 on an environment that has RAD 8.5.5 installed, then you encounter a prerequisite checking error. This error occurs because, by default, WebSphere Commerce Developer specifically looks for Rational Application Developer Version 7.5.x or 8.0.4.x.
