Error description
In IBM Business Process Manager (BPM), when you invoke a web service from an integration service and use input header mappings for the SOAP header, the mapped SOAP header is sometimes included in the generated SOAP request many times. Furthermore, sometimes the input parameters is missing from the SOAP request. As a result, you might receive the Concurrent Modification exception while invoking a web service: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException at java.util.AbstractList$SimpleListIterator.next(AbstractList.java :64) at com.lombardisoftware.component.wsconnector.worker.WSConnectorWor ker.doJob(WSConnectorWorker.java:109) at com.lombardisoftware.component.common.workflow.ExecutionJob.doJo b(ExecutionJob.java:431) at com.lombardisoftware.server.ejb.workflow.EJBWorkflowManagerBean. doResumeWorkflowEngine(EJBWorkflowManagerBean.java:1317)

In a multithreaded situation, adding and removing headers is not properly synchronized, which leads to the Concurrent Modification exception.
