Error description

• If the customer source has the customer jar in lib/ext, post
  migration some customer will copy the BPMInternalProvider.jar
  like other customer jar, this will introduce class not found or
  verify error issue.
  
  The apar is used to detect and auto-remove the
  BPMInternalProvider.jar
  

Local fix

• If the BPMInternalProvider.jar was copied to
  <install_root>/lib/ext as part of migrating from IBM BPM V8.5 or
   earlier to BPM V8.5.x, remove this file before running any IBM
  BPM upgrade commands, like bootsrapProcessServerData or
  BPMUpdateSystemApp, in the new version environment.
  

Problem summary

• As part of the migration procedure, custom .jar files from the
  <install_root>/lib/ext directoriy in the migration source
  environment are copied to the migration target environment. This
   directory includes the BPMInternalProvider.jar file, which  was
   removed in IBM BPM V8.5. If you copy not only your JAR files,
  but also the BPMInternalProvider.jar file from the previous
  version of IBM BPM, the BPMInternalProvider.jar file might cause
   strange symptoms in the migration target environment, as shown
  in the exceptions.
