JR54774: Missing debugQuery information for boosting

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After applying JR54025 to resolve an issue with boosting,
  boosting will work as expected, but the debugQuery output in the
   solr response will show 0.0 as the relevancy score for the
  boosting calculation:

  0.0 = float(myBoostedField)=0.0
  
  As a result, it is hard to determine the effect that the
  boosting has on final relevancy scoring since the relevancy
  score cannot be properly returned.
