• In the Organization Administration Console, the Order summary
  page displays an incorrect total amount when 'Value Added Tax'
  is enabled
  
  The total amount is incorrect because
  BuyOrderApprovalSummaryUpdate in Organization Administration
  Console always uses storeId=0 for the command context instead of
   the pending approval order's storeId.
