Error description

  • After you create an ad hoc report with the x-axis representing
    user IDs and the y-axis representing the number of tasks created
    per user, you might see incorrect results displayed in the
    report.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • A database query that retrieves tasks created by users data to
    be displayed in the Process Portal ad hoc reports contains a
    conditional expression that can cause some data to be filtered
    from the query's result set and, therefore, not be reflected in
    the report.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that changes the
    database query so that it allows Process Portal to display
    correct results in ad hoc reports that show the number of tasks
    created by users.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR54431.
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR54431, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
