ERROR DESCRIPTION - When you access Process Inspector from the Process Admin Console, the page might stop responding for a while if the LDAP users directory is large. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Advanced IBM BPM Standard IBM BPM Express LOCAL FIX - None PROBLEM SUMMARY When trying to filter results by using the user filter, the autocomplete feature of the user filter triggers the LDAP lookup that, in turn, tries to retrieve all LDAP users' information. The page will not refresh until the LDAP information returns.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available in the Version 8.5.6.0 cumulative fix 2 for IBM BPM that introduces a new custom property to disable the autocomplete feature so that the automatic LDAP retrieval is not invoked. To disable auto complete for the user filter in Process Inspector, you must put the following values in the 100Custom.xml file in Process Server and Proces Center.
