JR54360: Support persistent cookie generation in REST framework

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In V7 Feature Pack 8, the REST framework has been enhanced to
  support the generation of WC session cookies for some REST APIs
  (For example, loginidentity). However there is no option to also
   generate the persistent cookie to support persistent session
  (remember me).
  

Local fix

• A workaround is to use the Logon URL instead of the
  loginidentity REST API to generate WC session cookies and the
  persistent cookie.

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere Commerce REST framework has been enhanced to
  support persistent cookie generation. Specifically, existing
  REST methods that support the updateCookie query parameter (For
  example, POST loginidentity) will now support the rememberMe
  query parameter as well, similar to the Logon and Logoff URLs.
  Specifically, setting rememberMe to true (default is false) will
   cause the persistent cookie to be generated or updated to
  remember the user for the current store, and setting it to false
   (or leaving it unspecified) will cause the persistent cookie to
   be updated to forget the user for the current store.
