  • Facet values with 0 counts are not returned, even for facets
    that have the "Show empty facet values" option selected in
    Management Center.

    WebSphere Commerce V7 shoppers.
    
    PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
    The "Show empty facet values" option does not work when using
    REST services
    
    BUSINESS IMPACT:
    Shoppers are not be able to see facet values for which there are
     no products. This situation might occur, for example, when some
     items are out of stock or when some products do not meet the
    search or navigation criteria.
    
    RECOMMENDATION:
    

Problem conclusion

  • The logic has been fixed to properly handle facets with 0
    counts.
