JR54185: INCORRECT REMAINING CHARACTER COUNT DISPLAY FOR URL TYPE ATTRIBUTE

Error description

• For URL data type attribute, the maximum length configuration
  are not applied to the "nnnn character remaining" in data input
  popup window.
  
  Reproduce steps:
  1)Create a URL type attribute, the Maximum length is set to a
  number except for 3000, for example 1024.
  
  2)Add an item with this URL attribute, when click "+" sign, it
  is saying "3000 characters remaining". Obviously this is not
  correct. It should be 1024.
