JR54113: IN PROCESS PORTAL, THE TEAM PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD DOES NOT RENDER WHEN THE USER PREFERENCE IS SET TO THE FRENCH LOCAL

Error description

  • If you use IBM Process Portal with your the user preference
    language set to French, you see the following error message
    instead of the dashboard when you try to open the Team
    Performance dashboard:

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The title part of the dashboard URL must be URI encoded or the
    Team Performance page does not render when you use the French
    locale. This problem occurs only when you run IBM BPM on Cloud.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that encodes the title
    part of any dashboard URL.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR54113:
    
     1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
        the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
        level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
     2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR54113, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
