APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When you run a task, the task completion view opens
with an expanded mode button. When you click the expanded mode
button, the coach expands to the entire window hiding the side
bar tab panel containing Details, Stream and Experts tabs.
When you run the next task, the mode resets to not expanded,
but you expect it to stay in expanded mode by default as long
    as you are logged in.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • There was a problem when using task auto-flow that hid the
Expand/Collapse button on the second and subsequent tasks that
were loaded. The fix for this problem reset the user's expanded
    mode setting between each task.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.0.1.3 is available that fixes the hidden
Expand/Collapse button without resetting the user's expanded
    mode setting between each task.
