Error description

  • An invalid cookie exception is received when generating a
preview URL, i.e. "Generate URL" functionality in store preview.
Generated URLs work with preview tokens and while creating a
token, the AjaxPreviewTokenCreate request encounters the
following error,
"CMN1039E: An invalid cookie was received for the user, your
logonId may be in use by another user."

With SSL Accelerator option enabled, the "Generate URL" store
preview functionality does not work in Management Center

BUSINESS IMPACT:
Business users cannot use the store preview function in
Management Center when SSL Accelerator is enabled.
