Error description
When you call the /process/actions REST API by using a list of instances that contain one or more duplicate instance IDs, the API processes the same instance multiple times. As a result, performance is slow. Local fix
Problem summary
The list of instance ID parameter values is not checked for duplicate entries. As a result, each entry is processed individually and all the available actions for each of the duplicate instances are resolved. The increased total response time of IBM BPM might then cause timeout issues.
Problem conclusion
A fix that removes duplicate entries in the passed instance list and, thus, prevents multiple checks for available actions on the same instance - will be available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 and V8.5.5.0 - will be included in an IBM BPM V8.5.6.0 cumulative fix On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR53947: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53947, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
