When you add a row to a heritage coach that is used in a table and the server is in the Eastern Standard time zone (EST) and client is in the Central Standard time zone (CST), the existing values in the dates in the above rows revert to the previous day. The code path that has the behavior in question is only used when the default locale format setting. If the user sets any "Override Locale Date Format:" he can work around the issue.
