Error description

  • If you open a certain snapshot from the desk top IBM Process
Designer, open the client-side human service whose exposed type
is URL, and in the Overview page click the generated URL link,
you see an error similar to the following error:

The X model from the Y branch could not be loaded.
Contact your system administrator.

Local fix

  • Change the word "branchID" to "snapshotID" manually in the
URL and the client-side human service can be accessed by URL.

Problem summary

  • URL generated for running client-side human service for a
snapshot is incorrect in Web Process Designer.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix will be incorporated into a later release that ensures the
URL that launches the client-side human service for a snapshot
is generated correctly in the web Process Designer.
