Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that allows
administrators to disable task level collaboration between
users.

As an administrator, you can disable task level collaboration by
defining a new custom property of the type 'String' in the
Mashups Config Service as follows.

 Name: com.ibm.bpm.portal.disable.taskCollaboration
    Value: false

Administrators can define this property by selecting the
administrative console > Resources > Resource Environment >
Resource Environment Providers > Mashups_ConfigService > Custom
properties > New.

Setting this property does not disable notifications and
automatic task list refresh. Those functions of Process Portal
remain unaffected.
On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
for JR53686.

1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53686, and click Continue.

When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
