Error description

• The stagingprop utility may terminate abnormally if COLLATERAL
  table is being propagated.
  
  Output in the stagingprop log may contain diagnostics about a
  missing DMEMSPOTCOLLDEF table.
  
  This can occur if WebSphere Commerce version 7.0 fixpack 8 or
  higher is installed and the highest feature pack enabled is 6 or
   lower.
  

Local fix

• Temporarily prevent post-propagation for COLLATERAL table from
  being performed.
  
  This can be done by adjusting the file:
  com.ibm.commerce.staging.StagingPostRowPropagateConfig.propertie
  s
  
  This file can be found inside the file:
  ${WC}/lib/Utilities.jar
  
  Adjust the file by commenting out the line:
  collateral=com.ibm.commerce.staging.postprop.StagingPostRowColla
  teral
  by prefixing it with #, e.g.,
  #collateral=com.ibm.commerce.staging.postprop.StagingPostRowColl
  ateral
