JR53476: Promotion with public code cannot be activated under workspaces

Error description

• Promotion activation fails when a new promotion that contains
  public promotion codes is created in a workspace.

  Business users are unable to create promotions containing public
   promotion codes while working in a workspace
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• After the generation of promotion codes, the database connection
   being used was set to the base schema after committing the
  database transaction. This would cause promotion activation to
  fail as the promotion only exists in the workspace schema and
  not in the base schema.
  
  The code was fixed so that when working in a workspace context,
  after committing each database transaction and starting a new
  transaction, the correct database workspace schema is being
  restored back to the context.
