JR53361: PROCESS DIAGRAM UNDER PROCESS PERFORMANCE DOES NOT REAPPEAR AFTER A SECTION IS COLLAPSED

Error description

  • In the Process Performance dashboard, in the Diagram view tab,
    you see the diagram inside of a collapsible section. You
    collapse and expand the section, but the diagram does not
    reappear.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • There is a configuration property that enables the section to be
    collapsible. Because of a change in the coach framework, this
    property was incorrectly set to true.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1, V8.5.0.2, V8.5.5.0 and V8.5.6.0 CF1
    is available that correctly sets the collapsible section as not
    collapsible.
    
    For V8.5.0.1,
    on Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR54324.  Interim fix JR54324 contains the fix for interim
    fix JR53361.
    
    For other releases,
    on Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR53361:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
       the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
       level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53361 (or JR54324 for V8.5.0.1) ,
       and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
