APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using Management Center, an attribute dictionary attribute
  created with either the merchandisable or searchable flags set
  allows the attribute to be searchable.  The dataload utility
  does not respect those flags.
  

Local fix

• For each attribute dictionary attribute that needs to be
  merchandisable or searchable, the business user will need to use
   Management Center to set those flags after loading the
  attributes.

  IT users using the dataload utility to load attribute dictionary
   attributes with the merchandisable or searchable flags set.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  The dataload utility does not respect the "searchable" or

  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Search results on the store front do not include the attribute
  loaded through dataload unless it is later modified in the
