Error description

• When Catalog Upload is used to load attribute value
  descriptions, if the input is longer than 254 characters and
  contains double byte characters, the value of the attribute
  value description may become an empty string.

Problem conclusion

• The logic in the prunedString method of class
  CatalogDataloadHelper which deals with truncating the attribute
  value description was fixed to properly truncate the double byte
   string to a length that will fit in the table column.
