Error description

  • When opening the CKEditor in Management Center the following
JavaScript error is seen:

TypeError: cssLocales is null
if (cssLocales.indexOf(contentLocale) >= 0)

Customer is not able to open CKEditor

Problem conclusion


    

  • We added a check to check for CSSLocale when it is null, this
case happen when the store does not have CSSLocale
